Mr. Hoppe was born in Alexandria, Virginia on April 5, 1964 and presently
lives with his wife and two children in Delaware County, PA. He graduated
from Widener University School of law with a J.D. in 1991. He did his
undergraduate studies at Old Dominion University from where he graduated
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 1987.

Mr. Shields was born on April 24, 1965 in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and presently lives with his three children, Deborah, Alexis, and Olivia, in the Borough of Rutledge, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Widener University School of Law with a J.D. in 1993. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1989. Scott has previously served as an elected Councilman for the Borough of Rutledge since 1997, and was the Chairman of the Finance Committee. Scott was responsible for the Borough's annual budget where he consistently passed budgets without any real estate tax increases. Scott was elected Mayor of Rutledge in 2006, and remains in that elected position.

Reported Cases:
Represented the Philly 5 Defendants in the criminal prosecution in Philadelphia where they were charged with ethnic intimidation, riot, and many other charges for preaching the Bible in the public square. Scott successfully argued the Motion to Dismiss which was granted in its entirety. This case received national exposure due to the unprecedented use of the Pennsylvania Crimes Code to stifle and suppress Pro-Christian speech.
